AerisQ ("we", "us") is an independent engineering studio, currently operating as a pre-incorporation team based in Prague. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site and how we use it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Through the infrastructure audit form and newsletter signup, we collect: your name, business email address, self-reported infrastructure focus and budget range, and any message content you submit. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We process this data based on your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We use it to reply to your audit request, send the newsletter if you opted in, and improve our services.
Form submissions are stored in [DATABASE PROVIDER, e.g. Supabase, EU/US region]. Newsletter emails are stored in [NEWSLETTER TOOL]. We use [ANALYTICS TOOL, e.g. Google Analytics] to understand site usage, which may set cookies — see Section 6.
We retain audit and contact data for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] after last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.
This site uses cookies for analytics purposes. You can control cookies through your browser settings. [ADD COOKIE CONSENT BANNER DETAILS IF REQUIRED IN YOUR JURISDICTION.]
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at petr@aerisq.tech.

By using this site or engaging AerisQ for services, you agree to these terms. AerisQ currently operates as a pre-incorporation team; a legal entity will be named here once formally registered. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
AerisQ provides software engineering, AI integration, and infrastructure consulting services. The scope, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate signed agreement or statement of work — this website does not itself constitute a service contract.
Where a paid discovery/audit phase is offered, its fee, scope, and refund/credit conditions are set out in the corresponding proposal. Any statement on this site (e.g. "fee credited back upon sign-off") is indicative and confirmed in writing per engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables built for a client become the client's property upon full payment. AerisQ retains the right to reuse general know-how, non-confidential methods, and internal tooling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AerisQ's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g. Czech Republic]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY/COUNTRY].
